What materials is Gather made from?

Gather is made from solid hardwood (walnut or maple), high-quality thermoplastic, natural cork, powder-coated steel, and super strong neodymium magnets.

Is the phone holder also a charger?

The phone holder is not a charger, but you can easily connect a cable by flipping your phone on its side or upside down in the phone holder. if you’re interested in a wireless inductive charger attachment, please drop us a line here.

Will my phone fit in the phone holder?

The phone holder is designed to accommodate almost any size phone with or without a case. The stair-stepped design allows anything from a bare phone to even bulky cases.

How do I buy extra individual pieces?

You can buy individual extra pieces here.

How do I clean Gather?

Gather is made from durable materials and requires very little maintenance. To clean, simply wipe the pieces with a dry cloth. Use compressed air to remove dust or debris in the base board grooves.

Will you ever offer additional colors of Gather?

Possibly. Please drop us a line and let us know what colors you’d like to see.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated during checkout. Add Gather to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address to see the cost of shipping for your order.

I live outside of the USA, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Most likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this duty calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate. Once the packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We spent years developing Gather and want you to be 100% satisfied. If you aren’t satisfied with Gather for any reason within 45 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund less return shipping cost. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective and we’ll make things right.
